Chalkdownland Lamb

SheepWe are proud of our lambs' quality, great depth of flavour and tenderness recognised by others; receiving Gold, Silver and Bronze over the past few years. Our lamb is slow growing, grazing one of the richest habitats in Western Europe, containing a huge array of grasses, herbs and wild flowers which enhances the flavour of the meat. (The grazing is essential for the chalkdownland plant population). We mature our lamb carcass for ten days adding to the fantastic succulence.

If you require any different cuts our on site butcher is happy to help. Please contact us to discuss. Look out for promotions of whole or half lamb boxes. Theses can be butchered to your requirements.
